Had a confusing time with connecting to my phone. Most of the problems were with not accepting 5hg. I had to get a dual band for 2.4 connections. Then it worked fine. Need more details about setting up different scenarios. The instructions are not very detailed. But they are beautiful.

Installing this type of light is very time consuming and requires a lot of effort! Make sure to read reviews before you purchase.Once you open your product, test them out!! Plug all of them in. Download the app and make sure it is usable.Install 2-4�?away from the house. No farther. They aren't meant to install on the outer edge. They won't have a surface to reflect on if it's too far out.These lights are definitely not the cheapest out there but they worked for us. I am very happy with them. We screwed each light in to make sure they stay put. Long and tedious but worth it.We have been using just the remote so far to adjust lighting. We tried to connect but the app never detected the lights. We will spend more time trying to troubleshoot that later. The app of course requires location which might be an issue for some people but they are useable with out the app.As far as value goes. The lights seem to be durable and work well. The brand is not well known which can be risky with the time and effort to install. At the current price of $350 for 150ft of lighting it's an ok value. My rating is based off price and app quirks. If I can get the app to connect, I will update this.Update Got the app to connect and it functions well. Changed the rating to four stars based on the current price and the value for what you're getting.

This is a great set of permanent Christmas lights. You get 100 feet of lights with a remote and app control. They are bright and colorful, with lots of options on both the remote and the app. They are easy to mount with included screws and the wires are heavy enough that they should last a long time.

I am working today to install these lights. They are easy to install with the included screws. The transformer can be located a long way from the lights. The transformer cord is about 10 feet long plus one 12 foot extension cord and two 4 foot extension cords are included so the max distance from the electrical outlet can be almost 30 feet. These lights come is sections of 10 lights each that are then plugged together to give the total on 60 lights. This makes it much easier to install since you only need to deal with one short section at a time.These lights are easy to connect to the Tuya App and to Alexa control. The Tuya app has many pre-defined color combinations. You can also design your own colors and each of the 60 lights can be individually controlled. The control capabilities seen to be fantastic.I did knock off one star because no warrantee or contact info is given should a problem occur. At this price point I would expect better support. They are permanent lights. Just need to see how long permanent lasts.

I ordered two other similar branded ones to see the comparison and why these are much more expensive. Once I opened the box it was apparent why. I tested them out before installing, and the build quality is top knotch they feel very durable and well-made.The light output is super bright and vibrant. They even have really cool light patterns. I've already connected them to Alexa and played around with the remote, and the controls are seamless. It's going to be so nice to just ask Alexa to turn on the Christmas lights this year.I'm planning to put them up on the eaves the first week of December. Based on my testing so far, these are going to look amazing. Highly recommend!

These are Holiday, special occasion party, or just permanent decorative outdoor lighting. They are in a 100' string, with adhesive backing, and also nail holes for no worry installation. They are waterproof, and come with a remote control, or control them with your phone using the Tuya app. They are also “Alexa�?and Google Assistant�?ready. These are quality lights, and will last a long time. I have a couple of weeks before they go up, and I am very excited about them, and I know you will be too. At $250, it is a very good price for permanent LED lighting. The applications are almost limitless as to where you can place these. (you will need to have an outlet nearby though.)

Great value and a lot brighter than i imagined. It looks great! The yellow isn't very yellow, more like pule green but the other colors are pretty.

These are really nice lights. Easy to install, remove the tape/stick on/screw nail in place. I like the variety of color options with multiple warm and cool white. They are well priced. I wasn't expecting that the lights would be in segments so you can easily set the correct length needed. The remote worked well.

These are awesome lights! You set them up once and you don't ever have to worry about taking them down. You can change the color of the lights depending on the season or you're mood. They're easy to install and operate. I highly recommend them.

These LED lights are simply amazing for so many reasons!You get 6 units with ten LED lights on each unit at 16.5 feet long. You can use one, two, three or more by linking them together with the simple to use connectors.I ended up connecting five of these units together so 50 lights total and installed them on our front porch area.These lights are very well made and are not cheap at all. You also get three separate extension cables to connect to the power switch/transformer.The lights are controlled via a free downloadable app and the app allows you to customize and configure the lights in endless combinations.After you purchase and install these lights you will never go back to standard holiday lights ever again.The lights are also super easy to hang and install.Highly recommended!

These are great lights! they are plenty bright and I LOVE that they have a true white light that is sperate from the RGB lights with in the "bulbs" themselves. They are plenty bright, and easy to install, the app is also intuitive and setup was simple. I am able to use this with my smart home assistant to have it color I want, or to use one of my preset settings. You are able to set up pretty much any style you want, for example you can control each individual light by itself and may it any color you want, so if you want 3 blue, then 2 red, then 6 white, then 9 orange etc., you can do that! its super customizable.These are just as good as the big brand you know, I have a similar set that is smaller from another brand, it So far, It looks like I will be able to add to them and it wont look like I have different lights on the other portion of the houseI'm very happy with these lights, Only time will tell on longevity/

We've set up permanent outdoor lights on the homes on our land, in addition to some rental properties that we have. There's one brand in particular that costs the most, but it's also because they undeniably have the highest quality ones available. Those particular lights will set you back $599 for a set 150 feet in length, unless there's a promotion going on. These Ruisun lights cost about $250 less than the leading brand, so I was curious to see how they performed.These lights are surprisingly good. Rather than only one "temperature" of white light, you can select from two different ones. Warm white, which is the soft golden variety. Or the daylight cool 6500k which is a more pale white. In addition to the white, you can select from a white variety of colors. Which is perfect if you want to customize the lighting to match whatever holiday or special occasion is coming up.The lights install well. The adhesive backed strips stick well, and you can ensure a firm hold by screwing them to the surface you wish to apply them to. There are guide holes that make this process easy. Once the lights are put up, it's just a matter of operating them. Which is just as easy as the big name brand ones. We've used the Tuya app before, and can continue to use it for these. You also have the added benefit of being able to voice-control the lights as long as you have Alexa or Google Assistant.I suppose the main test here is going to be how well they stand up to the high humidity of the region we live in. They're supposed to be weatherproof, but that takes time to really determine. But so far, they're all working as intended. From a price standpoint, these pack lots of value for being priced so competitively compared to the G brand of outdoor permanent lighting.
