Guidelines for items conditional return:
· Please confirm the solution with customer service first, if you need to return the product. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, YXL Lighting will cover all reasonable return and replacement costs after verification.
· Packaging material (i.e. wrapping, clam shells) must not have been destroyed or broken
· Please note that we randomly select logistics providers and are unable to accommodate requests for specific ones. Any delays caused by the shipping company are out of our responsibility and we can not compensate for any resulting expenses. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise.
If a return is requested for reasons not related to product defects, damage, or shipping errors, including but not limited to:
* Ordering the wrong item;
* Ordering the wrong size, wattage, voltage, or specification;
* No longer needing the product;
* Change of mind;
* Personal preference;
* Installation incompatibility or project changes;
the customer shall be responsible for all return-related expenses.
The refund amount will be reduced by all costs incurred by YXL Lighting, including:
* Payment processing fees (5% of the order value);
* Original shipping charges;
* Return shipping charges;
* Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges;
* Any other non-refundable costs associated with processing and delivering the order.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of installation, use, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
The final refund amount will be based on the actual costs incurred by YXL Lighting.

Note:
If your product requires replacement, please include your purchase order number in the email. Additionally, ensure you attach a photo or video showcasing the failure, with the product number visible on the back. Upon completing our review within 48 hours, we will arrange for the delivery of a new product, with all associated expenses covered by YXL Lighting. We stand by our commitment to a genuine 5-year warranty, backed by 17 years of brand reputation.
Warranty:
YXL Lighting warrants that lights purchased directly from YXL LIGHTIN will be free from defects in material and workmanship until the earlier of five years from the date of purchasing, and 50,000 hours of operation.
Remedy:
· If the product is defective caused by material or production failures, this product will be repaired or replaced, at YXL LIGHTING option. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Relevant photos and videos are required for further evaluation.
· YXL LIGHTIN should bear the relevant expenses after confirmation, and the specific expenses are subjected to YXL LIGHTIN instructions.
Terms and Conditions:
This Limited Warranty is VOID under these circumstances:
- This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage, or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions.
- Replacement of components with those from other manufacturers.
- Operating the product outside specified electrical values or subjecting it to abnormal use/stress such as under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles, and extreme environmental conditions (e.g., ambient temperature).
- Products not purchased elsewhere on our site,
- Not the quality of the product itself, or man-made damage,
DISCLAIMER
Please pay attention to the working temperature of the light fixture. If the temperature exceeds the usage limit of the light fixture due to natural or man-made reasons causing damage to the light fixture, the warranty policy won't cover the loss.
In case the product is not available,YXL LIGHTING reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable product.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
YXL LIGHTING Company issues a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed Products and notify your YXL LIGHTING sales or customer service representative in writing within 15 days of the failure. After contacting YXL LIGHTING and receiving an RMA number, the Purchaser shall promptly return the Product after receiving instructions regarding if, when, and where to ship the Product. The Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number, and the shipping box must be clearly marked with the RMA number. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this Limited Warranty. YXL LIGHTING reserves the right to examine all failed Products to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and shall be the sole judge as to whether any Product is defective and covered under this Limited Warranty.
